efforts have failed, send us an email at support@digiwebhost.ca or
call us at 613-548-4546 or 1-800-865-5842 and ask to speak to
the IT department.
To allow us to help solve your problem in a timely manner, we
ask that you provide us with as much detail as possible, for
example:
- The domain (example: www.domainname.com) which you are inquiring
about
- Identify whether the problem is website or email related
- If the issue is email related, identify whether the problem
is with all mailboxes or specific one(s)
- Identify the problem you are experiencing, what actions
lead up to the finding of the problem, any error codes/messages
you are receiving, and any troubleshooting measure(s) you have
tried
