To allow us to help solve your problem in a timely manner, we ask that you provide us with as much detail as possible, for example:

  2. Identify whether the problem is website or email related
  3. If the issue is email related, identify whether the problem is with all mailboxes or specific one(s)
  4. Identify the problem you are experiencing, what actions lead up to the finding of the problem, any error codes/messages you are receiving, and any troubleshooting measure(s) you have tried
